HOW DO I FIND MODEL NUMBER, SERIAL NUMBER AND PRODUCTION DATE OF MY PRODUCT?
The model number, serial number and production date indicators vary in location depending on the product type.
- For bikes, the model number and production date can be found on a sticker attached to the frame above the left pedal. The serial number is stamped on the bottom of the pedal crank housing. You may need to turn the bike over to find this.
- For folding scooters, the serial number can be found on the stem, while the model number and production date can be found under the deck.
- For electric ride-ons, you can locate the model number, production date and serial number all in one place — printed on the bottom of the frame. It may be helpful to turn the item upside down to find this information more easily.
HOW MUCH AIR DO I PUT IN MY TIRES?
The correct pressure is printed on the sidewall of the tires. Normally, the tire pressure should be between 30 and 50 psi (pounds per square inch).
