Refund Policy

Dynacraft Wheels ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping and do not accept international orders or returns.


Standard Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

  • All included parts and documentation must be intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Important: Do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will issue a prepaid shipping label along with return instructions.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

If you're unsure about an item’s eligibility, please contact us before attempting to return it.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
